I went to city motors to inquire about the jeep he had out there. I asked to test drive it and he said to come back in 30 minutes because he had to go to the post office. I have never been treated like that and I have money in my hand... oh well I guess it's just not meant to be.

I know financing is a bit iffy, but if a car dealership that says it has in home financing can't finance a vehicle with 140000 miles on the odometer, then what are they not telling you that they didn't do under the hood of their preowneds. Can't trust a broke dealership. Next thing you know, 1 month in, the cars broke down. Avoid if possible.

Drove 8 hrs round trip truck was nothing like he said and when I confronted him for lying about the condition of the truck he said “ been in business 40 years pretty sure we are doing it right”. they are low down inconsiderate snakes and I feel sorry for anyone that does business with them.

I've known Gene for years. I've got almost all of my vehicles from him since I was a teen. My parents went to him as well. He and his son are super helpful, they'll go out of their way to try to help you with what you need. You couldn't ask for friendlier, more laid-back fellas.

Drove 4 hours round trip for a truck that was nothing how he said it was. Lied over the phone and could care less about it when we got there. He immediately blocked us on his marketplace for some reason. Stay way from this place.

Buying a car from them the windows don’t work, the entire front end needs replaced, the sunroof leaks into the passenger floorboard. Called them 2 days after I bought the vehicle and was given the run around. Three weeks later it’s still not fixed and my last conversation he asked me what mechanic I use suggesting I take it and get it fixed. I had it two days and it already has these problems it’s still financed through them the least he could do is help me pay to get the leaking sunroof fixed. The floor will be rotting out before long with all the rain. I still owe 4,900 plus 12.9% interest on a leaky lemon. I’m considering contacting the better business bureau.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! ME AND MY HUSBAND CAME IN TODAY TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. WE WENT IN A MAN TOLD US. WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE DO A CREDIT CHECK. AND We WILL CALL YOU BACK IN AN HOUR. WE SAID OKAY ? LEFT WENT TO WALMART WAITED HAVE FUN WITH OUR SON. WAITED AN HOUR AN HALF. NO CALL WE CALLED THEM SAME EXCUSE. ITS 4:09 AND THEY ClOSE AT 4.... NEVER CALLED US BACK OR ANYTHING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WHEN WE SOON WE WENT TO START THE CAR IT WAS DEAD. YOU DID US A FAVOR. THANK YOU! MY FAMILY WILL BE BLESSED WITH A VEHICLE GOOD LUCK FOR WHOMEVER WANTS TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. AND IMA SAY THIS I HOPE IT WASN'T BECAUSE I WAS BLACK AND MY HUSBAND IS WHITE.
