Called about needing some auto body work done… Scotty Snotty came on started cussing me out. Me being the bigger person (Even though I’m the potential Customer..) started to talk with him about his personal problems… Turns out Scotty has been in the closet his whole life. Unable to let his true feelings out due to his bigot dad and mom. He told me he uses slurs because he couldn’t ever live his life the way he truly wants being the best pipe cleaner in the hot springs area. Hope you can live your truth Scott. I’m rooting for you….

I've done Business with Scott's Auto Body at least 8 times over the last 3 years. Scott and his team were completely professional throughout the process each time and delivered great results. The pricing is reasonable, the timeframes accurate, and they provided me options to help control costs where possible. I could not have asked for a better experience. I see all these one-star reviews and it leads me to believe there is some kind of internet scam going on.

There work excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. When I got my car back it was cleaned and look like brand new. They were also less expensive than many of their competitors. Also the person looking at the car knew his business and had the estimate immediately. I had no worries about other things being overlooked, because he was experienced and knew what to look for. Thank you Scott's for being so friendly and helpful during the experience.

Don't let all the fake reviews fool you! Actual customer here and they do great work and are really nice people in my experience. (I've never met the employee who went viral. That wasn't an owner.)

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Scott will promise you the moon & stars, but will completely underdeliver on anything he says. Please don’t waste your time with this body shop. Take your business elsewhere to avoid the unnecessary headaches.

I’m pretty sure the real problem is that if your head was any bigger it would explode.
If you actually read the review it says that “Scott will promise you the moon & stars.” No where in there did I say you promised me anything. Technically, you didn’t promise ME anything. Just tricking my wife into believing all of the things that you said you were going to do. You can hide behind all that. Wouldn’t expect anything else from you.
