we rented a unit at 144 mt pine rd in august 2021. we storeda 2017 nissan sentra and some furniture. we live out of the area and came back in december to empty the unit.when we drove up to the unit it had a different lock on itand all the units on that row had the same kind of lock which was unusual. it was a sunday and the their office was closed so we had a locksmith cut the lock off. we opened the door and the car was stolen along with some other items. we calledtheir office on monday and they denied knowing anythingabout the break in or any of the other units that were broken into. they have absolutely no security there and very unprofessional. do not store anything of valueif you want to see it again.

Had my lock cut off twice. nobody in office cares or takes any responsibility. Totally unprofessional. They laugh it off. Every time I went out there, I ran onto people who had units broken into and articles stolen, Absolutely no security. Even after rash of thefts, they won't change security code so anyone who rented a locker ever can come and go as they please. Might as well put items on street corner with a sign that says take me!

My unit was broken into 4 times. They have no security cameras! Multiple units have been broken into recently.

Decent prices. But just a regular storage will not keep your things from getting moldy. We had to throw away alot of books my husband's mother left us when she passed bc they were ruined.

Nice people. Nice units. However the one side of units is lower than the others and we had flooding in our unit during a flash flood. We lost several things because the unit was almost full because we were moving.
