BCL has been a godsend for me! I'm 72 and not computer savy. Greg takes care of ALL of my problems at home and at my business. I have had bad experiences with other repair shops. I have total confidence in BCL and Greg!

Built my first pc, couldn’t get it to post display, took it here he got it fixed, download windows and activated and installed all drivers for my pc for a unbelievably great price next time I need any computer help will for sure come here

These people were very patient with me! I am not very computer smart and they explained everything that was wrong and what they did in terminology that I could understand. They fixed the issues and recovered all my files! My computer is 4 years old but they made it work as if it was new and saved me from having to spend money on a new one. I could not really afford to get a new one so that was a life saver for me. Both of the gentlemen were professional and sympathetic to my situation. Needless to say, I will be back in the future if I have any issues and will recommend you to my friends. Thank you!

I have never experienced what I did in this company. I went here as a recommendation from a friend who had taken my computer in. The owner was extremely unprofessional. Any question I had I felt like I had to pry out the answer and it was just dripping with sarcasm. He made me feel like every question I had was the stupidest question he has ever heard. He may act knowledgeable but when I got my computer back, nothing was fixed. In fact, my computer was in worse condition! My files were gone, I had files left on my computer that weren't installed before taking it in, and I was receiving pop up windows telling me my computer was infected and to take it to Microsoft. I have heard things about tech support companies online but I called anyways after this experience and let me just tell you I spoke with some of the sweetest people, they resolved my issues from here in under 12 hours as opposed to the few days I had it in the shop, and I paid half the price. I will only ever recommend the people at help desk from now on.

BCL, worked wonders when my elderly mother erased most of her data from her computer. They were patient, kind, did a great job and their prices were reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.
