(Little Fir 2023) His quote was reasonable and they were accommodating in working with us to repair one at a time which took quite awhile. Edgar was direct, fair and honest in communicating what was happening during the process. Extremely pleased with the results with repaired areas nearly identical to original. “These folks are awesome, I first had issues with a door hinge matter on my 1996 Chevy pickup. Others had tried to address the matter with little correction. These folks got it right, spot on.I then returned with the same truck and had the factory headlight assemblys replaced, and LED bulbs installed. I also took my 2004 Toyota highlander in for the same procedure. They did a great job. Very satisfied.These folks are an asset to our community. “I needed to have some ends crimped on a new hose and this is the place to go. Staff greeted me when i came in and was very helpful. I browsed around while he made up the hose and i was surprised to see a wide selection of about anything you'd need. Cost was less than i expected which is always a good thing.I hope i don't have to go back though bc that would mean some sort of automotive issues but if so, to Bumper and Bumper I'll go.”

“I rarely leave reviews. Let me start by staying I have been restoring high end cars for over 20 years. Only one or two shops in all my years have been as honest and trustworthy as Lone wolf and it's owner. Everytime there arose an issue with repair or somethings not completely the way I want it, the shop will find a way to make it my fault and not make it right. You don't learn anything about a shop owner when everything goes right. You learn real quick though when there's a problem.This owner immediately addressed the small issue and made it right before I could say anything. He is the most honest and hard working business owner I have met since moving here from Texas. He did a wonderful job on my 40 foot rv. We ran into so many problems with our RV not Lone Wolf's fault though. We got hit with biggest hail storm and other issues and he went above and beyond to help me. He was constantly making suggestions to save me money in repairs. If he were like most shops I've dealt with he could have racked up a huge bill and I wouldn't of known better, but he explained better ways to repair that ended up saving me thousands of dollars! I definitely recommend them.”

“I did not think I would find a collision repair shop as fantastic as Mid America Collision Repair and Sales.I arrived in Hot Springs in a rental car and took it to get checked out at Mid America. They quickly assessed the damage and let me know the best course of action to take to repair it. I returned the next day at 8 am and they immediately got to work on it. They were kind enough to let me stay in their waiting area, as I did not have transportation, where they had a TV and snacks. At no point did I feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.My experience with Ionel, the owner, was superb. What a nice guy! He always had my best interest in mind and charged me a fair price for quite a difficult fix.If I ever need help and happen to be close by, I would 1000% return to Mid America Collision Repair and Sales.Service: Body & Trim”
