The customer service is above and beyond. So rare to find that today with a business. I'm so thankful to have found another medical supply place after having a bad experience with one in the next town over.

If I could give a zero I would. Clearly there is evidence of loss of machines in a house fire. The machines themselves are evidence. Insurance provided proves loss and fire report states it's a total loss. Your policy and practice is inhumane. Be reasonable. Clearly caring for your customers is not your priority.
