Sign on the door says that they open up at 10:00 a.m. and it also shows online that they open up at 10:00 a.m. and the manager didn't I get here to open up the store until 11:20 a.m..

Like the customer service but the shoes are way too expensive. Not enough Nike or running shoes available.
