I love that yall have a on site manager Ms.Ashley was so sweet n so nice she helped me she drove from her main office to Camden rd to assist me she made me feel like family I have so much going on right now and felt like my life is falling apart but Ms Ashley keep me laughing I love her customer service

My experience with red dot storage has been great. If i have questions or a problem they have quickly responded and gave me the help that i needed. Its a pleasure doing business with them.

Exhaustive talk with a Red Dot phone rep who had no clue to solve my problem. I have a unit to store my Harley. When I drive my car in to access my bike I can't leave it inside the complex until I am through riding. I explained that if I leave my car outside and get my bike, once I'm done and put it back in the container the gates won't open because I am walking out. There is no keypad to open the gates from inside the facility. She could not get that. Kept telling me I would have to pay for a parking space in the facility to leave my car while I rode.....Just silly. I was put on hold three times while she talked to someone with the same response. Going to get a new storage facility asap. Them saving money by not having a person on site makes it difficult to solve problems.

This facility does bad business, they terminated my lease without my knowledge and without a reason why they charged my bank card the monthly rent so it wasn't for non payment. Then refused to let me remove my things. Don't rent here

EVERY TIME YOUR STORGE GETS BROKEN INTO I GUARANTEE THEY GONE SAY THE CAMERAS WAS DOWN . ITS NOT WORTH IT , SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I would not recommend this storage company. I travel many miles to access my storage and every time I try to enter the facility, the codes either don't work or the code box is not on to type in the code. I always come during their advertised access hours and when I have issues entering and try to reach a Specialist, they don't answer their phones. This has happened too many times and is extremely inconvenient. If you do decide to do business with this company, you can guarantee you will not be able to access your storage when you most need to. I am completely fed up with this location and will be removing my items asap! I've had enough and I hope no one else has to deal with the issues I've had and I've only been renting for a month.

Poor service I contacted red dot customer service by phone on Saturday 06/17/2023 at approximately 1:00 pm due to the fact I was unable to access the facility because the entry gate isn't working the customer service representative explained that they had already been notified about this issue and they had elevated the repair claim for a quick resolution and I would be notified by email when the repairs where completed needless to say I never received any notice so I contacted customer service again on Sunday 06/18/2023 and never spoke with a representative so I'm assuming customer service is closed on Sundays. So I contacted customer service again on Monday 06/19/2023 at 8:00 am at which time this representative for red dot explained that the gate still not working and she didn't know when the repairs would be completed because is storage facility is self operated and no staff/attended works on-site. I explained how inconvenient this issue is after driving back and forward to this facility with moving items so the representative stated call customer service before you go to the location. This is a great examples of horrible customer service.

Pay to store your things here and half of the time you need to access your unit, you’re unable to make it through the gate. We will be looking for new storage asap and have only been here for two months. I have things for my children in here and can’t access them when needed.

At this present time, I am very disappointed not pleased AT ALL with Red Dot Storage. I am having serious problems with my gate code. I had movers at the gate with my heavy! bedroom furniture could not get inside and had to bring all of my furniture back to my home and unload the trailer. And, I was charged 2x by the movers.
