The experience with this company was horrible and I got audited. I went back to pick up my 1040 for the year I was audited and the son(Derrick Denny) was rude and wanted to charge me $20 for a copy of my 1040 form from which I was audited! He was rude and stated, " I shouldn't have lost it & other tax preparation services charge also!" I know personally they do not!" He was very rude and cocky! In my opinion, I would have been more concerned about why you were audited and to see if u needed help? I will no longer do business with a company that don't appreciate its clients and treat them horribly.
