Kimberly Harris has been great and easy to communicate with. Working nights it's hard to get my vehicle in for service. She was very helpful on letting me know the process of getting my car picked up and returned and explained the services. Thank you so much Kimberly and Quick Lane team!!!

Kimberly Harris assisted me with scheduling pick up and delivery of my car for the oil change service that they offer! She was quick to respond, kind, and very helpful!
I love this service since I can now have my oil changed and tires rotated while I am at work! I also know that my car will be taken care of and that communication will be great!

Called today to schedule an oil change... Kimberly answered and sounded extremely happy. Scheduling only took about 2 minutes and she's got me on the books for tomorrow!!! I almost forgot, they're coming to pick the truck up from here, so I don't even have to leave work to get an oil change done now!!! Thanks!!!

Easy process, scheduled the service, received text messages letting me know they were on the way to get my vehicle and received phone call when it was done and another text letting me know of return delivery. So much time saved for me on a busy day! I highly recommend this service they offer! Give them a call and ask for Kimberly she can get you set up!

I was in a time crunch and the pick up and delivery process to get my oil changed was super easy and so helpful. I spoke to Kimberly and she was so sweet and kind. I have some warranty work scheduled and getting the appointment booked was super smooth. Kimberly was also super helpful in letting me know I could get pickup and delivery from/to my house, which is a HUGE help to me as a mom of 4.

I was super impressed at the speed of the work for everything I had done! I had my tires rotated, a low beam headlight bulb replaced, an oil change, and a system inspection and it only took about an hour! Not to mention they even noticed that my washer fluid was really low and topped it off! Destiany was great and super helpful in breaking down the costs of parts and labor. I will be a return customer from here on out!
