Shopping online at Preppy Chicks Boutique has NEVER disappointed me. I recently ordered several items and received them within two or three days. And the pants (see picture) fit PERFECTLY!! These pants are super cute, comfy and soft. I’ve tried on my other items and I can’t wait to wear them. The customer service at this boutique is impeccable… it’s seriously unmatched. It’s THE BEST! And the shipping is FAST!!! Items are exactly how they are described on the site. I recommend this boutique to EVERYONE!!

This is one of my favorite online boutiques now!! The customer service and professionalism is excellent. You do have to be diligent about setting notifications because they sell out fast. However they always stock great pieces. Information or answers to frequently asked questions are covered so you won’t go wrong with sizing, etc. I visit and follow just because - they are super nice and very attentive to their customers! I highly recommended!

I’ve made several purchases and the clothing is of excellent quality and the customer service is outstanding. I receive my purchases quicker from her than I do from boutiques in my own city/state. The owner (Tonya) is so sweet. On my most recent purchase, I made a mistake and ordered mismatch pieces (the set was sold separately). Upon noticing my mistake, Tonya and her daughter called me personally. They could have easily just filled my order and kept it moving. Talk about great customer service!!! She makes you feel more like a friend and not just a customer. Awesome family owned business!!!

utterly disappointed with customer service. I shouldn't be leading my own customer service request. And I shouldn't have to reach out repeatedly to get some sort of interest in resolving my issue. I'll leave it at that.

Got 3 dresses and I was not disappointed at all. Loved the feel of the fabric and the way it flowed. I will gladly purchase more. I wear a 1-2 x and the git eas perfect. Good communication anf quick delivery.
