I wonder if they paid bots to post 5 star reviews, most of the accounts only have a single review. Don’t use their services if you own or operate a business you’ll thank me later! Also I greatly enjoy them turning off the review tab on google for Tahlequah region, some company’s are just soft and can’t hear the truth! I would love to come back one day with a monopoly lawsuit for them not allowing other companies to use their “poles”. Also if you already use their service just threaten to leave and they’ll drop the bill by $40ish.

I don't want to fix my speed the people hooked up the Amp wrong on my pole but they sent me a bill. I don't know why I get a bill for service that I pay for I am not receiving. This needs to be fixed first before this bill gets paid.

IF I CAN GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM IN ARKANSAS THEY OVERCHARGE CUSTOMERS NEVER HOLD THERE WORD VERY RUDE NOT AFFORDABLE I PAY $300+ FOR INTERNET DUE TO MYSTERIOUS FEES THAT POP UP EVERY MONTH THIS PLACE IS A BIG JOKE AND TO ANYONE MOVING TO PINE BLUFF STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE TO THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently looking into filing complaints with the better busy bureau and fcc, the inability to provide internet for even one whole week without dropping us is ridiculous and my wife works from home and it's costing her all her vacation and sick time along with threatening her job. I'll update when the internet works.
