“I was having major difficulties with our business phone getting a number ported back to AT&T from another carrier. This problem had gone on for days, several phones had been bought and a lot of money and time spent trying to resolve the issue. We went in to my trusty AT&T store on 28th because they are always helpful. Rebecca and KP both worked really hard to solve the issue. They stayed beyond store hours and were so patient, even though it was a crazy issue. We are so grateful for them and highly recommend them. They are so kind and professional!”

“Erica Terry turned my entire day around! I had been dealing with customer service for 4 hrs on the phone. I had enough and came into the store. She spend hours dealing with them to get my account straightened out and even stayed past close to make sure I left with a working phone. This store has the best customer service I’ve seen definitely give them your business!!”
