This problem had gone on for days, several phones had been bought and a lot of money and time spent trying to resolve the issue. We went in to my trusty AT&T store on 28th because they are always helpful. Rebecca and KP both worked really hard to solve the issue. They stayed beyond store hours and were so patient, even though it was a crazy issue. We are so grateful for them and highly recommend them. They are so kind and professional!”
