Friendly people sure, may even have decent prices, but I will not be using them off of principalities. If you tell me Friday that something will.be in that same day or at the latest Saturday and I call back THAT NEXT MONDAY and you tell me that you still don't have it, well now you have wasted my time, I could have went to Walmart, Amazon, TEMU, or any other online website and ordered the dang part but I like to spend money locally if possible. Hell with this place. Amazon sells them plastic bulbs by the 6 pack for 3$ any dang way.

Service could be better. Small parts inventory could be better. Prices are high. I wish we had an old school hardware store nearby. This is like the Auto Zone of hardware without the low prices.

Was in the market for a leaf blower with some POWR’ and after a brief interaction with the staff and some thoughts about looking at other brands, i realized that this was the place that I want to do business. I’ve always had a good experience here at Chapel. Good People Here!!So I bought the biggest backpack blower they had. Nice Price for this Stihl product And they have a service department if need be. Thanks So Much!! I’ll send a video soon and update this review.
