“I recently moved to Pine Bluff, AR from Texas and was in need of a local bank. But, not just any bank where I would be a number or a quota met! My desire was to establish a long lasting, enjoyable personal and financial relationship. I know, expecting this from a financial institution, some would say, is a delusional expectation.....or just a dream!! Yet, I began my search online and to my surprise there were so many banks here. I had to narrow my choices and did so by reading the reviews. The Pine Bluff Cotton Belt Credit Union located in White Hall, per my research, ranked far above it's competitors. From the initial phone calls with Ms. Christi and Ms. Kathy, to the warm greeting as I entered the doors was so comforting. Ms. Haley McCall, New Accounts Specialist, patiently, yet exuberantly, educated me on all the amenities her CU had to offer! She sealed it for me! But, there's more! I was introduced to Ms. Morgan Menard, who I didn't know, at that time was the Branch Manager. This, small framed, young woman with an amazingly huge heart, and never-ending drive of enthusiasm and optimism worked tirelessly in helping me to achieve goals that I could not have imagined! She made it all make sense, the HEART of this location...."As, the head goes, so goes the body"! I watched as this team of exceptional individuals worked together in unity to achieve a common goal...helping me to obtain MINE! “I changed banks several years ago because my prior bank of many yrs. was so bad it’s crazy. Since changing to Simmons yrs. back I have had many dealings with the bank branch representatives and the main phone customer service dept. I have never once had a negative experience with Simmons. Before writing this review I saw several bad reviews done on Simmons in the Yellow Pages app. That is what prompted me to do a review. I don’t know what branches these people dealt with but I just don’t believe what they wrote at all. I have dealt with several branches and alway received excellent customer service every single time. The branch I do most business with is the Watson Chapel branch and I must say, I don’t know where they find their employees but they are the best. Very caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional but still very friendly. I used to hate doing banking but now at Simmons it is a pleasant experience.
