DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here. They shaved my Pomeranian down to the lowest possible. The website and all references say to not do this. In the consultation I gave clear instructions on what I wanted. Not one time did she say that it was not what they do for a lion cut. The lion cut for a Pomeranian has clear instructions that were not met. When I called very calmly to address my concerns she yelled at me. Never apologized and was rude. They also sell dogs that are not purebred with fake disclaimers such as this a mini and it's not. I would not go here for grooming or purchasing a dog.

Purchased my toy poodle for Christmas, $900! she was born October 21st. The ad was posted and said she was Registered. Today is February 14th and I still haven’t received registration papers from them. HELP ME UNDERSTAND. I’ve been patient with them, but now I feel they’re taking my kindness for weakness.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! Will NEVER use again or recommend these folks to anyone!!! You better ask if the person grooming your dog is experienced or not... just sayin. They’ll charge you for a haircut you never receive.... charged us 77.00 for our two puppies to have a bath.... no haircuts at all!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Never go here!!!! And our dogs were terrified when we picked them up!!!

My mom took her Minature Schnauzer to this place for the first time and it is the worst cut I've ever seen. It is completely asymmetrical on the butt and the skirt is different hights on both sides. There is also supposed to be a beard, which means having hair under his mouth, but that's completely shaved. He only has a mustache. He also has a random chunk of long hair in the middle of his back. This is not a quality cut and they basically stole money. I'm not sure how someone who does this for a business can do this bad and consider it quality.

Charged me $58 to bath my yorkie an groom . He only got a bath an no grooming. When I ask why he was not Groomed I was told . ( you didn’t ask form him to be cut) .Really!!!!!!! So a bath cost me $58 an the lil rag that was put on his head...... Bath at home is Free. Just my opinion.

These people are horrible do not take your baby there they lied like they washed my baby and clipped his nails they did not do either. My baby was not washed still smell and his nails were not clipped they have gotten just ridicule at A-1 and my baby will never ever go back there again today was the final straw for me. They lack integrity at this place and they will soon close like all the other places who lack good customer service skills.

They do a excellent job and have been in business for years. Their hours are plainly posted on the door so no mistakes on that point. My father took his dogs here ( different location) 30 yrs ago so they have had a excellent reputation for many years here in pine bluff. Definitely the most reliable place in town. Highly recommend
