If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bother to call police in Pea Ridge regarding these scammers. They know exactly what they are doing and are not protecting the citizens of the area from them. This is price gouging to the highest degree. 99 Ford Ranger picked up on Sat. Morning after accident. I met my husband at the scene, he was being taken away in ambulance, ended up fracturing two vertebra and in severe pain. I watched vehicle be towed, it took them 10 min. Vehicle located about 12 miles from Pea Ridge. Called 4 hours later to take care of issue. 680 tow bill. She kept saying it was not the time or distance it was what they had to "do". She is a liar because she did nothing but talk to a cop and driver hauled vehicle like any other 10 min. tow.In the long run, ended up paying $427 and handed her the title to the truck because she was gonna charge another 120 to have it sit for two days in a mud filed lot because I would not be able to call a salvage place to purchase it til Monday. Stood over us while we tried to get things out of truck. Cash only. Saying she needed us to be camera going through the gate, wears a mask during interaction, either a nut still scared of covid or afraid people are going to come after her for the price goughing. I am calling State Police on Monday and reporting these people, they are not BBB accredited. Will be informing ASP of the price gouging and to seek out a new service. I will be happy to find one for the state police to refer them to. Most dishonest company I have ever dealt with and they are taking advantage of people in a serious time of need. God does not take to kindly to people like you lady. Neither do hard working people in a bad situation. When you need help no one is gonna be there for you after the way you have screwed people over in a serious time. I see all your other reviews are just as bad.

Crooks! Charged me over $600 to flatbed my motorcycle 17 miles. Then they wouldn't take it to a dealership, wouldn't release it to my family, had to have cash. Charged for storage in a mud lot less than 24 hours, 50 bucks extra for no keys even though it has a fob and was in the bag. They saw an opportunity to take advantage of an seriously injured female biker 500 miles from home and pounced. Shameful!

Crooks! Charged me over $600 to flatbed my bike after an accident 15 miles. Imagine being 500 miles from home with a head injury and several broken bones knowing someone is screwing you like that. Shocking and shameful!

Stay clear of these folks. They worked an accident involving a trailer and mini excavator and charged us $13, 766 just to recover it and bring it back to impound, that doesn't include delivering it to our business. I know that it was a big job and was expecting a $2k bill but was not expecting them to try to put us out of business. I've worked in the wrecker business and utilized countless wrecker services in my current role as a fleet manager and have never heard of price gouging to this degree.

I was very disappointed with my transaction with this company we purchased a low mileage heavy duty tow truck from them for $58,000 the truck was to be in complete working order. It was shipped to our company when it arrived the vehicle would not start due to bad batteries and alternator which was not a real big issue. When we attempted to operate the wrecker body most functions would barely move and it was unable to even pickup an empty vehicle to tow, it was determined that it had a bad hydraulic pump. Jim and Lori were both contacted by phone, text, and emails I did not expect them to pay for all the repairs but I did ask them to reimburse me for the cost of the hydraulic pump. They would not respond in anyway. Jim as well advertised the vehicle as a 55,000 gvw when it arrived it was only 50,400 gvw

They were very kind to us during a very stressful car accident situation that involved our car being towed there. Very friendly and helpful people. However, the price was quite high.

Charging someone almost 900$ for service after an already unfortunate accident is just greedy and a lousy way to do business.
