“Having an item in stock and refusing to sell it to someone who isn’t in their “club” feels a lot like discrimination. When I call and they tell me they have something in stock, I drive there and they tell me they won’t sell it to me because I’m not allocated a bottle; that doesn’t sit well with me. Then they said I can join the club, but I still wouldn’t be able to purchase what I came for. Cool system. Guess I won’t be giving Macadoodles or their sister stores anymore money.Update: changing from 1 to 5 stars due to the fact that this is the first time a review has made a difference for me. The female employee was so very nice and caring and I feel bad that I didn't get her name because she is definitely an asset to her employer. It was around 10 am and it would have been the 1st few days of July when we were having those 100 degree days. Thank you for letting me cool down (I'm a 59 year old female) and for the advice. The guy asked if I needed any help and told him I was looking for a beer from Alaska. He's like we don't carry it but if I wanted to buy a case or 2 he would see if he could order it. “This place is HOME, and so nostalgic!!I couldn't pass this place up if I tried when I'm in town, it's impossible to go to Mamas without cruising by.Their food is a favorite of the families...No matter if it's quick or if you order off their menu. Service is so friendly, they like family.Back home just isn't the same without this place.Cheapest smokes and gas I find in NWA/SOMO area. They have a good selection of anything you're looking for as far as snacks, dranks, booze and smoke products.Love them♥️”

“If you like the exceptional selection and service at Guess Who, but you don't like the location, then you will love Mac's Wine, Spirits and Beer. This is a smaller store, with the same calm atmosphere and friendly employees. I was on a time crunch, so I didn't get to wander the aisles as much as I would have wanted to, but what I came to get was easy to find, and there was a great selection. When I went to check out I was helped quickly and the gentleman ringing me up was very efficient and had a warm demeanor. I will definitely be coming back because it is a lot less stressful getting in and out of this location.”
