Took my car there last year to have an oil leak fixed. WHEN They were done with my VW, it had 3 LEAKS!! I was very dissatisfied and when I told them about it I was treated like I was a dog. I spend over $1,000.00 and it wasn't worth it. Got to them if you want a rip off job.

I have to give 10 stars to JD automotive in Pea Ridge, AR! They were a complete pleasure to deal with from beginning to end! They were professional, courteous, efficient, and very fair priced! They had unbelievably quick turn around! I’m 100% satisfied with the treatment my car and I received from Jacob, Harry, and all the staff (I don’t know everyone’s name yet)! Basically, my car was broken down. First, they got me in with no appointment. Second, they called me soon after that with the complete diagnostic report and a quote. Third, they somehow got the parts overnighted. Fourth, they somehow miraculously fixed the 9 mechanical and computer problems. Fifth, they had me in and out from start to finish in less than 48 hours! Sixth, the price was definitely fair and even less than I was expecting. I have a new mechanic…and it’s JD AUTOMOTIVE!! Best price I could find in NWA! I called so many shops, and JD Automotive had the best deal and turnaround time. The repair was finished quickly, and when I noticed a small issue, they didn’t hesitate to apologize and make it right in a very timely manner. They even went out of their way to deliver my car to me when it was complete, so I didn’t have to make another trip to the shop. Incredible customer service! Everyone I spoke with was so kind and personable. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you so much, Harry, for taking such good care of me and my car! JD Auto did an amazing job on my 2015 Acura MDX. I took it in for a timing belt, serpentine belt and tensioner, and water pump replacement. Jacob found that my passenger motor mount was broken, fixed it as well. I mentioned a transmission slip issue, he took care of the fluid and filter during my appointment window. Very fair priced, car was clean when I picked it up. Highly recommended!Services: Transmission
