“All of the good reviews are right on the money!We moved to Bella Vista from Austin Texas a year ago and this has been our go to grocery store. Granted, I miss the mega grocery store HEB, but Allen's has a small town grocery store feel that can't be beat. Their friendly staff and uncrowded aisles are worth a trip just to :check them out". Unlike Walmart, where shelves are empty due to their on line pick up service which consists of pick up service employees blocking aisle with their carts and picking through all the items until the shelves are practically bare, Allen's has a great selection of hard to find items at reasonable prices. Granted, some items don't compare in cost vs Walmart, but we aren't talking outrageous prices like Harps. Several items are actually cheaper than Walmart and their specials displayed at the front when you walk in are unbeatable and worth the trip for those alone. For example, where can you get a full pound of GOOD bacon for 3.99? Only Allen's. Their vegetable and fruit section has FRESH vegetables, many from small area growers. This is one of the few places where I can find serrano peppers. If you can't find a particular item, they go out of their way to order it for you, or at least try to order it.Every employee I have dealt with here has been outstanding and very friendly. I love shopping at this store and encourage everyone to give this store a try and see what stress free grocery shopping feels like. I guarantee you won't be driving around the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to find a place to park.”

“Beautiful, clean newer Aldi. Always nicely stocked with friendly employees. Only issue is they only have one aisle of Aldi Finds Weekly specials (most stores have 2) so I don't find many deals here like the other locations. Also a lot of things in that aisle are not priced or labeled which can be frustrating.”

“Found mangos and limes, cilantro and other produce to be fresh with good prices overall. We like to shop here for produce since Walmart has started using the APEEL on their produce that is BAD. Many of the fruits I like are subject to it so we're looking for other places to shop for those. It's also a great place to find a variety of other options/brands on things. Found some square tostada shells that I love as well as laundry items. Also prefer to support a smaller store with local owners. We ate at the little inside taco joint while there and the tacos were fantastic. The guys running it knew what they were doing.”

“This Neighborhood Market is the busiest one I have ever been to, and at all hours on all days. You may think that because it is so busy, it is chaotic or messy, but it couldn't be further from the truth. This store is always full of people, and yet manages to be well stocked and organized, with plenty of employees available to help with finding whatever you need. Although there are a lot of employee "shoppers" who are in the aisles getting pick up or delivery orders ready, these people are really great at trying to move out of the way or help if they see you are trying to grab something in their area. I have also noticed that there is very little staff turnover, which means I have several employees that I know by face and know that they are happy to help me. I tend to use the scan and go option because that way I stick to my list and my budget. The self check out kiosks are clean and well maintained, with plenty of available bags and an associate to help if you get the dreaded "see store associate to complete this transaction" notfication. The only thing I have a hard time with is reaching beverages. I wish they had more of the little hook things that help you grab stuff from the back. However, (as my picture shows) you can always bring a human hook to get back there and retrieve what you need!I am now updating this post to add that this store is excellent about having online pickup orders ready on time and correct. You can actually live text with your shopper if you have any concerns about certain produce or choosing substitutions. This remains the busiest Walmart Neighborhood Market around, while maintaining their high level of service!”

“Got my flu shot again this year from Kyle in the Pharmacy. Kyle is a very good shot giver. My Grandmother was a RN and gave my family our flu shots. She was the best giving shots and Kyle is the closest I've found at giving shots. He is courteous, polite, respectful, welcoming and friendly. The Pharmacy is lucky to have Kyle on their team!”

“This is one of the better Neighborhood Market stores from Walmart... This one has a well run deli, normally has what I want in stock and the folks who run the pharmacy are a cut better than most...The only downside is that it is crowded a lot of the time, because I think it's the only Grocery store in Pea Ridge...One other fun thing is they run the drone delivery service in a facility behind the store. I found it fun to watch them launch and catch the drones...”
