I visited this hardware store in Late Dec, 2023, Store was very clean & well organized. I was looking for specific items I needed for my RV. Steph stepped up and was VERY helpful and dedicated to helping me find what I needed, not only that she helped me carry my items to check out, and then out to my car, its rare to get customer service this good anywhere, I'm grateful seriously, Thanks so much Steph. You should keep a strong hold on Steph, she adds value to your store and ACE hardware. I'll be a returning customer and telling my friends & family too how well I was treated. I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the Pea Ridge store! People were very friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was charged by the positive Music playing!! FL Davis is my go to hardware store.

What a pleasant store to shop. They actually have staff that offer to help locate product and answer questions. They have a amazing wide selection of nuts and bolts, even when looking for some obscure sizes. A big bonus for me is that they have cashiers and don't expect you to ring out yourself.

Love this store. Will pay extra here just so I don't have to drive to Bentonville or Rogers. Sometimes they send me cards for 5 or 10 dollars off on some things too!

They had everything I needed and super friendly service. My parents went a few days before and one of the employees took their items out for them. It's nice to have such a nice and friendly store close to home.

Great hardware store! Very well stocked with just about anything thing you could want or need. All those hard to find things you can't find at big box stores or going to a supply house. Be sure and check them out for your project!

Please be cautious ordering products from this store. I decided to shop Ace instead of the bigger box stores last Black Friday. They cancelled my order for no reason and would not honor the Black Friday price a week later once all sales were over. Absolutely no help or good explanation when I called. It was ridiculous and cost me over $50 trying to support local stores.

This store is awesome. Super helpful team members and a one stop shop for tool needs, household items and even a nice boutique area for clothing, boots etc. Including men's items.
