As soon as we walked in all the staff were so so kind and helpful and helped us get started and open an account. We were expecting to be there awhile but they got us all taken care of and out of the door in 30 minutes. Not only did they provide excellent service in person but we got a handwritten and personalized card in the mail a few days later from Mary, who helped us when we first arrived who was amazing. They even threw in a small gift card which is much appreciated. Can't say enough good things about this bank and I haven't been here a week yet.”

“I don’t have an account with Signature, but they have an amazing team working there! As I was leaving the plaza my car got stuck on a bank of snow. A car was behind me so I waved them around so they could go. It ended up being one of their employees! Instead of driving around me so he could leave, he got out of his car to check on me. He went back into the bank and came back with 3 other coworkers who helped push my car out of the snow. Thank you all so much!!”

“I have been at this bank for over 2 years. It is beyond exceptional!! Customer service is like no other. Super friendly and they are very accommodating. They offer Coffee, soda beverages, candy, and other snacks. Every time you come in. No hidden fees!! I have never been charged or had any money taken out for services.
