“I have been with regions for several years and I won’t bank anywhere else . I recently had my account hacked and had a melt down . As soon as I got off work I went to my Bentonville branch and a gentleman by the name of Ben saw me immediately. He got right on his computer and told me exactly what to do after he handled everything on his end .This is the scariest thing to happen to me - someone taking your money . Iam elderly but young or old this is terrible. Iam just so thankful that Regions was there for me 100%and straightened everything out for me and got my account back in place .Thank you Regions- I will never bank anywhere else !!!”

Only downside I would have to say is the User Interface on the banking app. Especially with regards to the business checking accounts.
Dump a solid year into upgrading the app, combined with the great customer service and potentially some benefits for business accounts would reel in more customers with ease. I already recommend United Bank. Do those 2 things, I'll personally advertise for them. My company will as well!!!
On the note of Customer Service. Alex is hands down a great worker. He has the clients best interest in mind no matter how much he has to work for any given client. I see him running his own branch one day :D
EDIT: I'm unable to write a 2nd review, but I have to change from a 4 to a 5 star simply on their degree of personability & attentiveness. I have only worked with 3 different banks, this being my first business account. And this branch is the GOAT [Just to be a little more "with the times"]”

They answer our questions, work with us, and have a "I really do care about your banking business, and YOU!" attitude. This is not what we have seen at another well known bank's Bella Vista locations.”
“I love the drive-through teller system. They have ATM machines that double as a call center for tellers. You can pretty much get anything that you want instead of having to wait in one line for the ATM. It's absolutely fantastic.Are the team members at this location are always friendly. It's never busy so if you need business, just come in, get it done, and leave quickly.”
