Stan and Sandy are precise. They have provided excellent service to my household for the past 10 years. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is top notch. I have never had to return a vehicle for question. I have established a strong foundation of trust and will continue to use them for all future needs no matter where I am in the U.S. (driving from Vilonia, AR). I recommend Autoplex of Paris to all family (driving from McGehee, AR) and friends. The quality they provide is just that good!

Absolutely beautiful people. Customer service was top knotch, really went out of their way to make me happy. They even followed up with me to make sure everything was okay after. I've had them fix my car twice now and both times was a really comfortable experience.

Back story. About 45 minute prior to stopping by, a gentleman backed his fuel truck into the side of my vehicle. Anyways after all that I went to get an estimate on the repairs at S&S. The fella who handled the estimate was a genuine nice guy. He didn't look at it as a way to tack on extra nor was he looking for ways to cut corners. He was very professional and kind. Some folks you can easily tell are Christian. They've kept me in the loop about what's going on and when the parts are expecting to arrive. They're a five star business.
