I was brought to Paris Ford from autotrader for a specific vehicle. The experience was great. The staff was friendly, the visit was not the typical car dealer visit. No pressure, no sales tactics, just a nice visit and I bought a vehicle. I would highly recommend the trip to Paris for those that are sick of high pressure dealers that call you everyday. Very happy customer!

Service Department Review:The guys that work here are Phenomenal!! Kyle the department manager is very direct, to the point, and makes sure the job gets done right. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle managed to fix the infamous “Black Screen Of Death” and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. Will definitely be coming here frequently. Great job!!

We were on vacation all the way from north dakota and broke down so we took are vehicle to Paris ford dealership and they charged us 300 dollars for nothing never called us or anything will never be taking any vehicle there agsin.
