My personal experience with Walden drug has been great! I haven’t lived in Paragould all my life so I didn’t grow up around here and I’ve had an extensive medical history so it was important for me to find a pharmacy that I was comfortable with and Walden was it! When I first started using them as my primary pharmacy I knew I had found my pharmacy home! They have always treated me above and beyond a customer they are more like friends and when you go to walk out the door and you hear,” thanks Paul”! It makes you feel like more than just a customer!!

Don't like that place closes at 5:30 and don't like that it's not open on Saturday and Sunday that is a big Downer

My mom used Walden when I was a child and then when I got older and had kids I kept using them. Very nice and friendly. They will go above and beyond to help you. They do have few issues but I know they are working hard to fix them. Jeremy is very supportive in youth baseball I have grandkids that play. I will highly recommend them to anyone wanting to switch pharmacies. God Bless y'all.

I called my Pravastatin in this morning 11-16-21. I selected the home delivery. I called the Pharmacy and they told me that the delivery person left at 3:45 pm. As of 8:15 pm, I still have not received my prescription. So I will never use the home delivery service again. I will be there at 9:00 ? am on 11-19-21 to pick up my Pravastatin! Very disappointed customer!

I’ve been a customer for years now. They are always friendly, fast with filling my prescriptions and give one on one customer service. I would not go anywhere else.

I'm changing back to Walmart pharmacy. walden drug is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. I don't have time to wait 10 minutes on one car in front of me to get their meds and then another 10 to get mine picked up when they were called in 6 hours ago. very slow.

I've been with them about 8 years & have only 1 complaint & that is how your phone system needs much improvement. I like to actually speak to someone & it's darned difficult, most days one cannot get through to talk to someone.
