Price for some medication 5 times more expensive than online options and similar visits a couple months apart have 600 dollar price difference…seems a bit fishy and a bit like price gouging.

First, we called get put on hold (which is completely fine) however, we wait, wait, and wait some more. Then finally when you can hear the phone moving around thinking “okay, they’re gonna talk to me now” they hang up!! Called back, was gonna get put on hold yet again, and my husband spoke up and said “Ive been holding, I just need an emergency appointment for our dog.” Very rudely the girl replied with “we don’t have anything open till Monday.”
So, we have an emergency and you’re just gonna laugh and say we pretty much can’t be helped?! Also keep in mind we called as soon as they opened. Not late in the day.
This is our REGULAR vet. Our dog has seizures so we’re constantly there. Either for normal maintenance, blood work, her seizures are worse, our other dog needs in, or just for medications. Called to get her in once again for an EMERGENCY and was told they had nothing available for another 5 days! The one time we need an emergency visit we get turned down?!? We can only be seen if it’s in their convenience?! By 5 more days our dog could be dead!
EDITED to add: Called which would be now, 5 days ago to get her medication refilled. Was told they didn’t have either one in stock, and it would be there either that same day or the next day and they would give me a call when they got it. Still no call! It’s not like it’s important seizure medicine or anything. Sad to say we will no longer be using this clinic! Been there almost 3 years now but the experiences we’ve had over the last few months is unacceptable.

Yesterday our young sheep was bloated and in distress. My wife called at 8 am and spoke with somebody. She was told the doctor who worked with sheep was not in yet but would be soon. She was told the doctor would be alerted and call as soon as he got in. We waited hours and never heard anything. My wife called several other times and was told various things including that the doctor was doing surgeries, earlier in the day, and making phone calls later in the day, but not to us.
Later that day, my son's little sheep died. We did all we could to try to save him but were unable.
To be fair, a lot of other veterinarian services were not open due to the solar eclipse, but this one was. My experience with them was very disappointing.

Had put my old dog asleep and worst experience I ever had . They gave him nothing to come him down . Made him cry. .than had another old dog went to linwood down the street was wonderful gave luck something make her sleepy first and I got to hold her in my arms.

My wife and I have had our babies taken care of at the Clinic and the staff is always helpful and nice. And when calling on the phone the staff is very nice to speak with especially a young lady named Audria.

We brought our Charlie boy to the clinic because he had been very sick. Dr. Isbell was exceptional and so caring. She explained the procedure and results clearly so we could understand what we were facing with Charlie.

Wonderful environment. Spaces were clean and organized. I brought my baby (a 2YO male feline) Ash whome had an encounter with a dog which left him with a puncture wound. The staff never judged me for waiting almost 10 days before bringing him in. I tended his wounds hoping to heal it at home and not spend a fortune in vet bills. Unfortunately his wound had gotten very infected and I was out of my depth. I swallowed my pride and made an emergency appointment. The staff loved him and took immediate action. After about two hours of sedation, debriding his wounds, and even removing some narcotic skin he was returned. He is healing nicely even with the cone on his head and shows signs of strength growing each day. I highly recommend their service. They even offered financing through care credit if the expense is too much. My expense was about $380. I feel terrible for waiting so long... But I know that he now has the best chance for survival. With patience and lots of care, we will overcome this and continue to grow as a family. Bless the staff that cared, and bless them for being affordable. You all did an amazing job!
