Have tried for two days to get someone to answer a phone. Plus my husband stopped yesterday to go in to talk to someone about a package delivery we are having an issue with. All doors were locked, no signs posted on doors as to why, no visible bell to ring, and website says it was open. This was at 9:30. We moved here a year ago and mail delivery is at 6:00 at night. Time to set up the pony express again.

You continuously leave packages in my neighbor's outdoor bin, leaving them exposed to the elements (it's not even my property). You've left packages in my neighbor's DEER FEEDER (seriously?). I am so disappointed in the slow decline of delivery services. Is anyone competent enough to read an address correctly anymore, or even know what a mailbox actually looks like? FedEx and UPS never do this. It's always USPS. And please pray for me if a package ever goes to Memphis first, but that's for another review.

I'm lucky if mailman feels like driving down my road to even deliver mail I go days without any mail being picked up besides I also know they open my mail and steal I have reported it to the main headquarters I currently opened a fraud case against them teach them to not deliver or to steal my mail . do your stupid job if you can't handle deliveries of mail then go work at McDonald's!

The Paragould USPS is always clean when I go in the building. The ladies and gentlemen that work there are quick to engage with customers with professional attitudes. I love using this USPS office to drop off my mail. I would definitely use Paragould's office over Corning's office any day of the year!!

They refuse to deliver packages if you have so much as a scrap of paper anywhere in the vicinity of your mailbox. Whenever I call to complain, I’m told it’s because my mailbox was full. The updates I receive tell me that they were unable to deliver, because they didn’t have access, which is a bald face lie. My driveway, porch, and mailbox are perfectly clear and accessible. Then when I call to complain, I’m told they’ll redeliver only to wait several days more for my package. I’ve had perishables go bad because of them!This is all assuming that they’ll even answer the phone, which they usually do not. In all my life in the places I’ve lived, I have never had such awful mail service as this.

The local United States Postal Office and all of the employees here in Paragould are the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I have lived in many states.From the mail carriers to the Bad Mamma Jammas that work in the office. We appreciate all of the hard work you all do.Hopefully you will have more quality employees soon to help ease the work load.Keep up the great work you are appreciated!

WE GO DAYS WITHOUT GETTING OUR MAIL EVEN AFTER SEEING WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSE TO GET THROUGH INFORMED DELIVERY!!
IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY STEAL YOUR MAIL!!
NEVER DEALT WITH SOME NIMRODS IN ALL 6 STATES I HAVE LIVED.

The ladies working the desk do a great job. The cost of the po box that goes up every 6 months along with the fact they can't seem to keep the front door working leaves a lot to be desired. And their efficiency along with accuracy of delivering and distributing the mail needs work as well.

So I've been dealing with my mail not being put in my mailbox for a year now, but was only told by the Paragould post office, (post master), that I was a liar, no postal delivery worker would take the time to get out of their vehicle and put mail on my doorstep instead of the mailbox. For this reason, I sat up cameras and have the proof in the pudding now, although still a waste of time, I contacted little rock headquarters, but all I got out of that was the post master at Paragould calling me for an apology and being told it would never happen again, well what do you know, 5 credit card bills later with late fees and lost gift cards it's happening again, only this time, not on my doorstep but rather behind my trash can so everything can be rained on to the point of being illegible , no excuse for this whatsoever, if you guy's can't do your job and obviously, you don't get fired for improper mail delivery, then have enough respect to quit and go work at McDonald's and make mistakes where it doesn't cost people money when you do.

I just wanted to say thanks alot to today's mail carrier for dropping my Clearly Marked Fragile Pkg.this morning and breaking my Temptations Old World Serving Dish Bowl!!!!! Very upset about it!!! He needs to learn how to handle FRAGILE PKG'S!!!!!!!!! Now I am going to have to the trouble of printing out return label and sending it back to QVC!!!& Yes sir/ Ma'am they already are aware of what happened!!! Very expensive Serving Dish!!! I hope& pray that if I receive any more PKG'S that are FRAGILE Through the Post Office that they will be handled with care by the carrier!!! Very disappointed& Upset!!!!!!!!!!!!
