Went to get my husband Boots for work showed they was open door was unlocked and lights on went in waited 15 mins and no one came to see if we needed anything guess they don’t care about business much!!

I recently started work for a local manufacturer. The pair of work books purchased from a big box store just weren't cutting it, so I went to The Boot Store today (5/12). The lady was great, knew what my employer's standard was, and showed me a number of boots that would comply. I picked a pair of Justin's, so comfortable that I wore them out of the store! She was so helpful, and quite knowledgeable about the different features of the boots, such as heel guard, soles, etc. This is going to be my boot store from here on out. The prices were lower than I expected, surprisingly so given the high level of service and expertise shown by the salesperson.

Being not from the area the ladies that had waited on me went well beyond the normal to help me find the boot I have been looking for including calling places as well as going on websites , and giving me other places to try to find exactly what I want. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants fantastic customer service , and the feel of being more than a sell. They would rather you be happy with what you want then just buy something else from there. Thank you again!

On Friday, we were a bit early getting there so we waited in the parking lot for them to open. All the info we could find stated they open at 9. We tried the doors at 9:05, 9:10, and 9:15 - doors were still locked with no lights or movement inside. So we waited a few more minutes and even tried to call, but no answer and doors were still locked. We ended up going somewhere else and spent a considerable amount of money for some exceptional pairs of boots, a nice belt, and some clothing. This place missed out on a substantial financial sale.

Not much selection for mens clothing . Person in store hardly recognize me while I was in store. Did not even ask if they could help me find something. Prices weren’t posted on hardly anything either. Had to ask. Only conversation I had.
