“My personal experience with Walden drug has been great! I haven’t lived in Paragould all my life so I didn’t grow up around here and I’ve had an extensive medical history so it was important for me to find a pharmacy that I was comfortable with and Walden was it! When I first started using them as my primary pharmacy I knew I had found my pharmacy home! They have always treated me above and beyond a customer they are more like friends and when you go to walk out the door and you hear,” thanks Paul”! It makes you feel like more than just a customer!!”
“I switched to Hydes because other larger pharmacies wouldn't always have my medications. They have always been super nice and quick. They always have my medications even though they are a smaller pharmacy. My family and I will always use them.”

“In-Store: Enter at Main Entrance, Turn Right.Pharmacy's in the Far Front Corner of the Store.Including Health & Beauty, the Layout has a Classic Pharmacy Feel.As Long as the Pharmacy is Open, I've never had any problems with getting Help Finding an OTC Item on the shelves.For My medicinal needs, I generally use the Drive Thru. The prescription's are usually called in nowadays anyway, so it's a Great Setup.I Call the Pharmacy first to confirm that They did receive any Scripts and to verify that there's no problems. I also give Them a time frame for pickup. I always try to be mindful that the Pharmacy can be quite busy, so I try to give Them a couple of hours for preparing My Scripts, if at all possible. Then at the allotted time, I Drive-Thru the pick up Window.The Staff at the Window has always been Friendly, Even to the point of looking at photos of My First Grandbaby -as Long as there were No Cars Behind Me. I'm Not That Person. :)Great Drive Thru, Good In-Store OTC selections...Nice Overall Feel.Please be aware that due to the Pandemic, Pharmacy Hours have been altered. Call & Use the Pharmacy's automated Menu for current Hours of Operation.”

“I refuse to understand nor accept the 2.4 rating this CVS has, and in this summary, I will elaborate on why that is;I have been to CVS’s all across the country, all over Arkansas, TN, CA, MO, KS- the list goes on. Never once in any of these experiences did I have a pleasant one.I was treated rudely and unimportant- but the pharmacy in Brookland, AR that I had been going to prior to coming to this lovely CVS had made it to their Strike Three and I needed my Adderall expeditiously.First of all— even the register and stocking staff were kind of funny and chill, but then I was blessed with the honor of being serviced by Ms. Eryka at the pharmacy? First, she had my meds with a quickness. There was a reject that she corrected, fixed and filled so fast that I barely had time to thank her. Goodness me, I’ve never felt so comfortable or safe or cared for in any other pharmacy ever.I don’t know what you all pay Ms. Eryka but I promise she deserves the raise. I’ll never be leaving this CVS nor going anywhere else (unless Eryka goes somewhere else, no disrespect ofc).”
