The ladies are sweet. Mr. McHaney is rude and never said more than a sentence to me in the year that I used this establishment.
They messed up several of my prescriptions. One of my prescriptions they ran through insurance and didn't even question the high price. When I told them something was wrong they let it sit for a month. They when my husband went to go pick up a different prescription and they slipped that one in there. It was $33.00! I never pay that much for a prescription. I took it back and Mr. McHaney was upset about having to give $33.00 cash to my husband. But, I couldn't get another refill for another month due to this one being run through.
They NEVER let you know when they close early or are closed for Holidays!!
You have know way of knowing when your prescription is ready, either. But, you do get these annoying pre-recorded calls from Mr. McHaney about refilling a prescription.
Take you business elsewhere!!

Extremely rude kinda like I'm better that you attitude from one of the ladies so I switched pharmacy will never recommend to anyone very unorganized never had to pay for my meds with my insurance but they charged me an what's strange is at my pharmacy now I don't have to pay for them so sounds like something illegal going on there if so it will eventually get caught by authorities an probably not gonna be good or they are that unorganized which is not something you want ppl to be in a drugstore so I would take my business elsewhere

I'm editing my review......after using McHaney for several months now I still like the ladies here. I only wish the hours here included at least a half day on Saturday. When a holiday has fallen during a weekend I have had to go without important medication. They don't give you a notice of holiday hours either. I fill my medicine in a holder a week at a time, as I take quite a few meds due to my illness. This has made for some very uncomfortable holidays.

I have been with mcHaney for so long I would have to do the math...they are absolutely without any doubt the right place and the right people to do business with m! They are professional, friendly, helpful, patient, most compassionate,omgosh I could still give them at the very least 10 + compliments! Would recommend to EVERYONE!!

The little pharmacy with the unfriendly attendant. She basically ordered me to sit and wait. Acted as if I was trying to get pills not prescribed for me by my doctor. Was cold, mechanical, cutting. Very severe demeanor. Why can't they hire a friendly smiling person? If this was the wife of Dr McHaney maybe she doesn't think being a friendly attendant should be part of her job. Having a certificate of pharmacology doesnt give anyone the right to make the client feel like they're less of a person. I suggest she change her cold fish attitude and act like she's happy, at least pretend she enjoys her job and is glad to see a new customer.

Locally owned, the staff are great. They know you on a first name basis. Always very courteous. Pharmacy is now larger and have more items. Sam if you see this, all you need are cold drinks.

These guys are awesome. A real hometown pharmacy. They always call me by name when I come in or go through the drive-thru, and they are always super quick too.
