the worst car place ever. i got a car from them and it completely broke within 2 months of me having it then they kept it “fixing it” for over 2 months and could never tell me the updates about the car then called me and said i had to get a car for less value then the first car and when i got the new car that i didnt even want it starting having problems within a month

Have had our terrain for a little over 2 years and had one problem with an oil leak and they did in fact fix it for all we know because it's not leaking now and holding oil but now our timing chain broke and car won't work. They are rude and mad because I bought a 200 from them and after leaving I noticed on two tires the bolts that hold the lug nuts on where missing and only made me happen to look was because when I went to 60mph it shook then tire sensors lights came on. Along with others so I returned it within the 7 day period because I felt unsafe to drive it alone or with family. They did forgive the loan but still made it a repo on my end and ever sense they will not help and was rude when we first asked about fixing the terrain or trading it in on something else of equal or lesser value the Manger Anthony said well we sold your son a car and yall returned it. So 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place.

Anthony & Kim were so great to work with! They were super flexible. Glen helped me get into my Ford Escape titanium edition (so awesome) real quick. Super funny and easy going! Greatest thing about car Mart is the service packages. Always good to have a back up plan/insurance! Not every car place has that! Your credit improves quickly so long as you work hard and keep your payments coming. Great people. Great programs. Fast services and procedures. Get yours!
