They have our stuff in pods. Supposed to be delivered yesterday and they were a no show. Cannot get ahold of anyone to find out where my belongings are or when they will arrive. Movers are waiting around to unload. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Easy to get ahold of them up until they have your stuff and hold it hostage, while still charging you for storage fees! I want my stuff back and they won’t give it to me and are still charging me daily for it!

They were great until Wednesday! They delivered my 2-16ft containers and we proceeded to fill them both (I almost ordered a 3rd!) but when it came time for them to pick up the containers, they came and got one no problem but the other one is still in my driveway! It’s Saturday and they were supposed to be picked up and delivered to the storage facility on Wednesday! I have called 8 times to verify they are coming to pick up my 2nd container, and each time I find out that I’m scheduled for pick up, but the estimated times get changed and no one calls or shows up. I am beginning to read review after review and the same story pops up everywhere. Either they are good to you, or they don’t communicate or follow through. I think we may have to rent a moving truck, empty the container and cancel our service. I’m beyond disappointed. If someone would just call and let me know they are an hour from picking up my container, and showed up, my review might be different. This is awful customer service!

Horrible customer service. Will not pick up my container. Won't give me any information after being on hold for an hour. Reschedules our pickups for no reason.

Absolutely no communication with the costumer. Two agents blatantly lied to us about the location of the pod.

No customer service. Errors on their part will not be rectified. They could care less about who they screw over! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Pod final picked up 11/15/21. Status online said on hold. Got charged for an extra month of storage. called 11/29/21 to let them know if the error. They refunded my money but because the bank had a hood on it, I had to wait for it to clear and was late on another bill. Was told the pod had not been moved out of their system as of that date. Got a past due notice 12/28 and called them again. Told them about it and asked if I had been charged for a lock. they confirmed I was charged for a lock but I never received one. Told me I would owe $76 when the pod was moved out for final pick up. I contested this because my agreement was for November and it was well past that date. Got charged the $76 12/30 but still no refund on the lock fee. Called and spoke to two agents. basically they don't care about sticking to dates that they originally agree to and only care about making a buck. Would not refund the $76 even though I was not told when it would come out if at all since I was waiting on a call back from Jessica. Every error that happened was on their end and I am the one suffering for it over a month later. They basically said you agreed to pay so we don't care. I agreed to pay in November not December. $76 may not be much to some but to others it's a make it or break it amount.

Worst moving experience ever! Do not use this company if you want to have your belongings delivered to you on time as agreed! They have had my belongings since 12/16/2021 and they are still in Colorado with no estimate of when they will have arrangements made for delivery to Texas - None, No Idea!?!? I know there is a trucking issue these days but that should have been arranged for in advance when I booked the whole thing in November. They have no problem charging you but clearly cannot be counted on to handle their logistics in advance. UPDATE: after multiple calls made by ME, not them following up, I was told on 12/31/2021 that it would be 1/13/2022 before the container makes it to TX for delivery. Having just made the drive from CO to TX over two days this is ridiculous! This means they’ll have had the container in their possession somewhere for close to a month and that’s IF they deliver before the 16th! Not holding my breath!! How this company is still in business is a mystery?!?!

No, but hello NO! This company is horrible. Please beware. They was supposed to deliver my container two days ago and I still have not received it. It’s still sitting in front of a home I no longer own full of my personal belongings. They promised to deliver it today and it’s 9pm and I’ve still never received it. This is beyond ridiculous

The worst company ever. Customer service is horrible. They say they will help or call y out back and never do. They were suppose to pick up a pod that was scheduled to be picked up on 08/26/21. Nobody ever came. Called and spoke with several people each time all day long. All I got was we tried to reach a manager and we sent an email. Well here it’s is almost 24 hours later and no truck has been by I pick the unit up and no one from the company has called or even sent an email. This is very poor and unprofessional way to run a business. This company is a awful. Do not use the company. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
