Very helpful staff. Wifi seems good so far (We'll see after the kids move in...more phones, school tablets, gaming consoles, etc.). Website needs to be updated, and payment options modernized, but great small-town service.

Horton's is friendly, knowledgeable, has fast service connections, and is top notch as far as their customer support goes. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but the internet packages and speeds they offer are still very slow compared to companies like Suddenlink, Xfinity, and Comcast. I do understand they are a small business catering to rural Arkansas, but the max package offered is just 25MB download, and 4MB upload. If they can jump the speeds up to 50-75 down at least, I would change my Star rating.

Adam is the best service tech ever!!! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Not only did he get my internet up and running after being destroyed by a tornado, he helped me get all of my devices reconnected as well! Incredible service!! Thank you Hortons for caring about your customers!!
