Shaffer Funeral Home has many good features.●It is easy to find from the road.●There is plenty of parking●The restrooms are right there when you enter.●Seating is comfortable.● staff is pleasant and helpful.I can't speak to pricing as I was only a visitor.The interaction I had was top quality.

I want to thank Shaffer Funeral Home for going up and beyond amazing customer service! We had issues with getting some flowers delivered for Aunt Rita Wyers! After flowers being ordered and order confirmed we were called day of viewing and told it wasn’t going to happen! Being devastated living in Minnesota! He went and contacted a local florist! Busy Bee Florist and arranged to get the delivered! Can’t thank Shaffer Funeral Home enough! God bless this business!Love Bart and Jean Wyers

My Grandmother recently passed and had all of her arrangements with another Funeral Home in California because that is where her husband was buried. She lived in Ozark, AR at the time of her death and we worked with Shaffer Funeral Home to have her cremated prior to transportation. Even though she had arrangements with another Funeral Home the Shaffer family was by far the best people with dealt with. They helped us work through the transportation process, explained everything in detail, and even helped us after the Funeral with a few things because many of us are from out of state. They did all of this with a smile on their face even though my Grandmother had paid another Funeral Home for her services. I do not live in Arkansas or I would recommend them to all of my Family and Friends. I wanted to leave the review so that local Families can see what a great place this is. What a great local family business! Thank you Shaffer for helping us through a difficult time.

They were so helpful and accommodating to our family when we lost our daddy. I can’t express my gratitude for their excellent service. They have handled my mother, father , grandparents and aunts and uncles services. Always comforting. Thank you!!

Shaffer's funeral home is a very nice funeral home I'm not saying that because I know the whole staff but they are truly a very good crew they did an excellent job on a cousin of mine funeral that's still hurts me today to talk about.
