“I went into the AT&t store in Ozark today's to buy a new phone unfortunately they were out of stock of the phone I could afford. the lady that was on shift had suggested to buy an AT&t phone elsewhere would probably be my best bet since I didn't have any credit history. So I went down to the family Dollar store and bought an AT&t phone and I could not get that phone set up to save my life. So I thought well I'll take it across the street since it's an AT&t store and she was more than happy to help me and she got my phone up and running .and I just wanted to post that she was very friendly very helpful and whenever I get off my prepaid plan I will be going back to the AT&t store to purchase another phone . Great job”
