Tried to get a appointment for a color and there was a misunderstanding about I wanted a color not just a cut then all a sudden I'm refused to even be seen my appointment completely canceled apparently they don't want new clients. Worse experience ever. Ashley is rude and apparently stuck up over intitled I even tried to reschedule and she just said no she would be doing it at all. Then wouldn't even tell me why. Well now you have a reason.

I'd have gave a 0 if I could have this makes the 2nd time we been there and both times screwed our hair cup and the first time my daughter went they out her hair in a pony tail and cut it off , looks bad everytime these people dont know what they are doing .......
