Why is it that when everyone needed a rapid covid test this pharmacy was charging $45 & now that covid is almost over when you pick up other scripts they hand out a big bag of covid tests that are outdated & then when we get our insurance statement Medi Quick has charged our insurance for them ? Perhaps it's because they were hording the tests & now want to get the insurance payment for the tests

I have used MediQuik in Ozark my entire life. Robert, Sr and now Robbie, Jr and all the staff are caring, thoughtful and give you that "Mayberry" feeling ... I wouldn't use any other pharmacy

After reading everyone else's reviews I'm starting to think I've had the definition of "friendly" wrong this whole time. While my mother was talking to the pharmacist about her prescriptions she was picking up I browsed the sale aisle just to kill time until she was done, which took 5 maybe 10 minutes. While looking at some tacky jewelry, a vintage rubber douche bag and a bottle of men's after shave that had to be circa 1992, I notice a woman glaring at me. So I look at her and she asked me "Can I help you"? I informed her that I was just waiting for my mother, whom the pharmacist was talking to. She then asked what my mother's name was and from the look on her face I could tell what was going on. I was shocked because from the amount of people they had in the store I didn't see how she had time to bother harassing me. And if you don't want people shopping your items don't put them out on the floor. I believe that's kind of how retail works but I also thought I knew the definition of "friendly". I won't ever shop there again and, if I can help it, my mother will change and get her prescription somewhere else. I understand theft prevention but damn lady, ain't nobody got room to smuggle out a 10 gallon rubber douche bag, so chill. Plus, I already got one from Wal-Mart. Delivered.✌️

Helpful friendly people are apparently the rule at this old-fashioned drug store. I visited them today for the first time and was so pleased with the service I just had to write about my experience. First, before going to the store, I called with a question and talked to a knowledgeable young lady who gave me a complete answer with all the details I needed. That’s rare these days, folks! When I walked in the door, I was greeted with another friendly “How may I help you?” followed by good directions to the items I needed. During the time I was in the store I was greeted by a total three employees and all were equally warm and helpful. This pharmacy is the kind of place where it’s still a pleasure to do business with a real hometown feel. I’ll be back!
