“Our tire light kept coming on so we took the car in to have the tires checked. They couldn’t find any issues other than normal wear and didn’t charge us anything for looking. We knew we needed new tires soon so we ordered them and they put them on and got everything done quickly. The woman that was in the front office was incredibly kind as was everyone in the service area. I was very impressed.”

Both were extremely professional and took on a difficult task, removing broken studs from an exhaust manifold when the turbo gasket blew on my Ram 2500. Very impressed with all aspects of their work. Very reasonably priced too.”

“My daughters car broke down passing through Ozark about ten days ago. She took the car to Knox and they agreed to look at it. They called her and said there was a compression issue with one cylinder. They suggested checking with the dealer to see if any recalls were on it so the repair would be covered. He also said that the previous mechanic did NOT do the tuneup she was charged for prior to the car breaking down. He didn’t feel right charging her for the diagnostic or storing the car until she could pick it up since she got screwed by the other mechanic. Talk about honest!! He did what he thought was right and they deserve your business if you need auto repair. Thank you!”

“I needed a new rubber tip for the air compressor; ours had cracked. They didn't have the tip but could order one for me. Then he said I could buy another whole piece instead if I didn't want to wait. I have no idea what the part is called - sometimes it's a disadvantage to be female ?. The young man offered to put the new gizmo on the other gizmo for me!! Hooray! Maybe being old AND female does have advantages. ☺”
“I've had to have my windshield on two different vehicles replaced and both times I received wonderful service.With my most recent experience, we were having a hard time getting a hold of the windshield for my vehicle and I was about to leave for vacation. The owner of the company checked my windshield over and made sure it was safe to travel with while he searched for my replacement. Within a few days he found one and had it shipped to his shop for me. I couldn't have asked for better service.”
