For all the 5 stars that's just their management giving the place 5 stars this has got to be the worst place to work I got fired because I told the supervisor that I do not do the wrong thing for my boss co worker or customer that's what they preach for u to say and when u do they fire u the 3rd shift supervisor hit me with a forklift and they didn't even say anything to him

3rd shift baldor has gross little boys that work there. Burb fart and complain, talking behind my ear just to get me fired, other than that baldor deserves 5 stars. Great company!
