I will never do business here. Somehow my taxes got routed to this store via online taxpro check when there was an issue after I got audited. This store was very unhelpful. A woman named Sharon -- I won't share her last name-- "helped" me by explaining that the first HR Block Tax "Pro" did my taxes wrong and instead of offering to make good on the guarantee and correct the issue, she told me to contact this office which I told her I can not get a hold of. She basically dumped it back on me and said that she can't help. 100% guarantee is NOT guaranteed apparently. She also took 2 months to resolve this and during that time her advice was to pay the IRS for the incorrectly calculated taxes so that I avoid a penalty-- NEWSFLASH that penalty and debt should be covered under the guarantee but apparently I am just supposed to pay that instead of them standing by their product and admitting when their company made a mistake. I get that it wasn't HER but it was HR BLOCK and they need to stand by their product. I will NEVER use HR BLOCK AGAIN!!!!

Do not go here. This tax office got routed my issue when I submitted an inquiry online. My taxes were reviewed by a Collierville TN office but got sent to this office after we were audited and had to pay back over $2,000!!! When I contacted HR Block about their "guarantee", I was put in touch with Sharon -- I won't share her last name. She took 2 months to review the documents which I had to send her twice because she lost the first ones. Then after 2 months, she told me that the debt is valid and that the taxes must have been done wrong the first time...... I'm no genius but if my taxes were done incorrectly by HR BLOCK and you have a 100% guarantee on the taxes, why is the overage my fault??? Nope. Don't go here. They don't care about the customer and they don't know what they're doing.

My reason for saying extremely likely because the lady who helped me out at H&R Block her name is Doris Washington she was super friendly answer all my questions and explain them very well to me she was very professional.
