Finishing up some business here in Osceola AR after a family death..was unable to find a room for the number of days I'd be here..the management there at Fairview called me when they worked out a room for me to stay-which was kind of them to go to all the trouble..I knocked my towels into the toilet by accident-again, sorry..went to get clean one, ended up dropping some while it was raining..was to embarrassed to go back down..the staff saw when I had dropped into the water and brought more to my room after I arrived back to room..the soda machine was out of soda-sold out..the female office worker went to the gas station and picked me one up without me knowing..if something isn't the way you want, they will go far out of their way to make it right

The rooms are not cleaned and I found mice inside the room now I have to check my clothes and other things. I went to the administration to report it and they told me that the owner already knew. Where you can report to the hotel.

Find any other place to stay! The experience is terrible!I arrived at the hotel and was promptly told they had no hotel rooms for me even though I had called and reserved one a week prior. After they finally begrudgingly gave me a room I quickly threw my stuff into the room and then left as I was running late for an event.Flash forward about 5 hours and I am arriving to the hotel for the real first time and looked into my room. It was awful! Spiders and bugs literally everywhere. There were crumbs all over the sheets and you could definitely tell the room hadn't been cleaned whatsoever.At this point, I decided to just stay with some people I knew rather than the hotel and went downstairs and asked for a refund. The owner said they gave no refunds and lied that we had been there for hours and proceeded to cuss me out. I don't know if he knows how technology works but I definitely have proof for all these accusations and I'm glad I paid on a credit card so I can get my money back!STAY AWAY.

The room was smoked in. The sheets had mold on. The floor was filthy. There was only 2 towels in a double room. there was only 1 working light. No TV. No cups for coffee! Spiders in the bathroom. Filthy totlit. Terribly filthy room all over!!! Woke up feeling sick!!! Filthy surfaces! No Kleenexes! Trashed parking lot! Price to high for such a run down place!! NEVER GO HERE!!!! YOU will REGRET IT!!!!!!???????????????????stop doing business or upgrade and treat people better!!!!

Sheets where sooo sorry had to call down to get new ones. Lights on truck messed up tried to fix them in drive way and got yelled at wasn't even loud or anything. refused to do anything about dirty sheets
