I had the most hateful and lazy cashier yesterday at this Walmart location in Osceola, AR. I am limited in my mobility and was using an electric cart. She stood there and watched me struggle to put my items on the conveyor belt and then refused to help me load the bags back into the cart. She needs to be fired. I have never been treated this way at this Walmart location.

Great products but I really don’t like going because they make you wait until you call for assistance to get checked out. The manager just saw me at the register waiting to get checked out. I waited 2 minutes until I had no other choice to ask was someone going to check me out.

I got there at 8:20 when the store closes at 8:30 because of the protesting. I walk up and a young gentleman who is getting carts, tells me they close at 8:30. I said yes sir thank you. So I walk around the ropes to get to the main door. The doors weren't opening and the gentleman said " yeah they might not let anyone in for the last 10 minutes" so I looked inside and there was a huge worker in a yellow vest sitting inside the door on a Walmart scooter mouthing "we closed." So I looked at my watch and held up 10 minutes with my hands and she either flipped me off or made an unknown gesture with her hand. The young gentleman seemed really sincere and kind. The lady who wouldn't let me in seemed like a b though. I tried telling her all I was getting was one 12 pack of Mr. Pibb (because where I live, they don't sell cans or bottles of pibb), but she seemed to just assume I was going to make her have to stay later. Terrible experience at this Walmart because of that 1 employee. Don't plan on going back however I hope that guy gets promoted for having a good genuine attitude.
