Excellent customer service. Brandon deserves a major shout out (and a raise). He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and confident. He was able to help us purchase a watch he didn’t physically have in his store but we were able to pick it up at the mall next door. When those employees had trouble taking out a couple of links (and ending up damaging a piece), I called Brandon and he immediately said to bring it to him. He did an amazing job fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. Major kudos to you, Brandon!!

DUE TO SHOPPING IN THE AREA, I STOPPED BY THIS LOCATION TO DROP OFF A NECKLACE TO BE REPAIRED AND HAVE WEDDING RING INSPECTION. I WAS ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER, WHICH SHOULD HAVE PULLED MY ACCOUNT UP AS NORMAL WHEN I'M ELSEWHERE. LADY THEN ASKED ME MY NAME. I GAVE HER BOTH MAIDEN NAME AND CURRENT LAST NAME. SHE THEN WANTED MY EMAIL. GAVE HER MY EMAIL ADDRESS LIKE 4 TIMES SHE STILL COULDNT GET IT RIGHT EVEN AFTER I SPELLED OUT MY EMAIL, SHE STILL COULDNT GET IT RIGHT AFTER THE 4TH TIME OF ASKING FOR MY NAME, EMAIL, AND PHONE NUMBER I GAVE UP AND LEFT. SHE THEM MAKE A COMMENT THAT SHE WAS SORRY FOR OFFENDING ME. I WASNT OFFENDED I WAS IN DISBELIEF THAT SHE COULDNT GET ANYTHING RIGHT AND STILL HAD A JOB OR WAS IT BECAUSE OF WHO I WAS. WHEN A PERSON IS SPENDING OVER $20,000.00 AT LEAST KNOW THE PERSONS NAME. IM VERY GLAD WE HAVE OTHER OPTIONS ON WHERE WE CAN SPEND OUR MONEY. WHAT HAPPEN??? OR MAYBE IT WAS JUST THAT LOCATION. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOU SISTER!!!! TRUST ME, IM SURE ONE OF THE OTHERS WOULD HAVE TREATED ME BETTER, I'M SURE THE OWNER WOULD HAVE TREATED ME BETTER. GET IT TOGETHER ZALES OUTLET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not do any transaction with the store on McCain Mall in North Little Rock, AR. Especially with the employee named Brandon. My ring was purchased 22 years ago from Gordon's at university mall. When the Gordon store closed all in AR, we were told that there would be no issue since Zales was the same company. All warranties and services would just transfer to Zales. On an inspection. I was told that a stone was loose in the guard and a prong was needing tightening on the solitaire. The rings were sent off to be repaired. The rings came back and after a short time, they both broke in the same area. I took the rings back to Zales. I was told the area were the rings broke was probably where they were cut during the original sizing. By heating the rings up to fix the loose issue could have caused the break. They sent them back off to be fixed. I got them back after a long delay they blamed on covid. The rings broke again. The employee tried to say the rings were old and that's why they were breaking. That is crazy to me since I know people with rings three times older than my rings and they are just fine. Real jewelry of quality should not diminish over time especially when it's coming in for periodic inspections. The rings was sent off again and I was told they were going to add gold to the rings in those areas. I get the rings back and the guard breaks again. When I come back to Zales, I'm then told they have been having trouble with the service vendor and a lot of complaints were made regarding inadequate fixes. My ring would be sent to the new vendor and I was assured they would be fixed correctly this time. The solitaire was sent off also just to make sure it was fixed correctly and would not have any future issues. Well fast forward a couple of months and the guard is broken again. Also, due to Covid, I do not wear my rings every day because I work from home. So no its not wear and tear. I take the ring in today. I end up with a very rude employee named Brandon who is pretending to be the manager. He told me all he could do was send the rings off again. I told him that was not good enough. This year the rings had been sent off a total of three times. I wanted a resolution to my issue Zales caused not another band aid that would last a month or two. Needless to say, Brandon's rude behavior was failed customer service. He then told me after I asked him again point blank if he was the manager. His response was not yet. He said the store did not have a manager nor district manager. So I guess that's why customer service and service is so crappy because there is no leadership governing what is going at the stores. So I will be in the process of filing complaints to see what can be done to get my ring restored to it's original state. We were lied to when we were told that everything would transfer from Gordon's to Zales. We were also lied to constantly with the employees saying they would fix my rings after their service vendor damaged them. Do not do business at this store. Go to Park Plaza. Or go to another vendor. My husband spent too much money on rings for us to have this type of issue.
