I went in to cancel a transaction, purchase and upgraded ring, and locate the Lifetime Protection plan of a previously purchased ring from Gordon’s. Ms. Sam simply had a WEALTH of knowledge and was able to kindly walk me through wash transaction. I like that she was very patient, yet thorough in her explanations of what she was doing. I would gladly return to Zales and make purchases with Ms. Sam! SHE IS A JEWEL!

Danyel at the McCain Mall store in North Little Rock Arkansas was so helpful and kind to me while I was having to pick out a replacement ring due to my ring being lost in transit after a repair. She is the reason I’ll stay with Zales! She’s amazing!!

The sales lady that helped me was immensely helpful and guided me to a present for my wife. What I mean is, she asked me what I had in mind, I vaguely told her, she helped me choose, and I thank her.
