We purchased a custom Alpine Murphy Bed (queen size) with stay level desk and bookcase. It's a beautiful piece, top quality. 100% solid wood. My husband and I both work from home and this allows us to have two offices while maintaining a guest bedroom when we need it. We live in Michigan and the furniture was very well packaged and we received it with no damage. Don't be deterred by the installation, it's not difficult. I highly recommend WWBeds, you will not be disappointed.

I'll start with the good.They make great furniture. Really 5 stars on the front end of the process, from design to finished product.Unfortunately getting the furniture to someone's home and setting reasonable expectations for installation are equally as important. I give 0 stars on that front. Zero times 5 equals 1 star in my case.My delivery (~$1k) resulted in 700 pounds of furniture being dropped off in the street on a pallet. That in itself just isn't acceptable to me. I would gladly have paid more to have it brought (off the street) into my home. It took +3 people to move it into my home, and 4 to get it up stairs.I hired a handyman for installation, he said he'd installed Murphy beds before so he wasn't a novice. The installation instructions were subpar and resulted in both him and I getting injured (big warning was on... the next page). Their website describes installation as a DIY project, it is definitely not. By the end, both the furniture and we were damaged.For $10,000, I would recommend they offer a white gloved delivery service and better installation instructions. While my Murphy bed is well built, it has some damage from install, my baseboard was ruined during install, and my ankle is still hurting (10 weeks later). In hindsight, I'd recommend going with a company that offers a better delivery/installation option.

We couldn't be more pleased with our captains drawer platform bed and with WWBeds staff communicating and support during the process. The construction quality is way beyond what is available elsewhere. Great solution for putting a king bed in a small room.

We had a definite space issue and I needed to have office space back. I’m a Clinical Social Worker and I needed a private space to do telehealth appointments. I decided to “take back a guest room” and you can see the before and after pictures below.We got a DIY kit, with everything precut, and I stained and varnished myself. It took a weekend for hubby and me to put it together, but we did it with some help from the wonderful people at WWBeds.We have to finish floorboards and I have a rug coming, but now I have a great space from which to work and help others.Thank you so much for your great product and support!

WW was great to work with. From our first contact with Katelyn on the sales floor to the delivery with Chris everything was easy and as promised. This family run business really cares and gets all the details right. They even beat the delivery date by a week. We had a guest stay on the Murphy for 2 weeks and it got rave reviews. Absolutely would buy from them again.

After searching locally and not finding what we wanted I found WW Beds on YouTube. After asking for a quote, we decided to visit their factory & showroom. We were very impressed and placed a deposit to secure our position in line. They use wood and not MDF with plastic laminate. Very nice quality.Over the next several months we refined our design and discovered that it would be thousands less than the cheaper versions we first looked at!After giving approval to our final assembled bed, they took it apart, packed it up and we picked it up. Instructions and videos were emailed to us and there were no problems with install. I now have a sewing room/office in my guest room.A wonderful, efficient improvement to a space that was only used about 5-7 times a year!And I can’t say enough about their customer care and service! Emails were always answered very quickly. I highly recommend WW Beds!

We moved into a new house and couldn't have two guest rooms because one of the bedrooms is being used as an office, but we still needed an extra bed for when guests come. Someone mentioned to us about doing a murphy bed. So I started searching the internet and came across WWBeds Custom Furnture, and my search stopped there. I was so impressed by the website and video that I knew this was the company to use. Katelyn and Chris were super helpful with answering all of our questions and explaining how the process works from start to finish if we decided to order one. One of the beds that was on display in their showroom "The Marriott" with the red chestnut finish, bookshelves on each side was the one we chose but we also added the sofa with storage as well.After a few tweaks we had everything figured out and ready to get the order placed and put on the schedule. We were very surprised when Katelyn called saying that they were ahead of schedule and the bed was done and ready for delivery. Chris and one of his employees delivered and installed the bed after work during the week.We love our new murphy bed and have had many compliments from our neighbors & friends. In fact one of our neighbors was so impressed by it that they are going to have one made once their new house is done being built.You will not be disappointed by WWBeds, you'll just have a hard time deciding which one you want and how you want it made.They make heirlooms that should be kept in the family and will last forever. The only thing you may have to replace over time is a new mattress.We would and have highly recommeded WWBeds Custom Furniture.

We moved into a new house that had a bedroom we wanted to use as an office but also have the option of using it as a guest bedroom when needed.The search for a Murphy bed/desk combo was initially set to local vendors. After exhausting the local vendor I decided to search the web and came across WWBeds. Their Murphy bed/office desk was exactly what we were looking for.After placing the order i received communication about the expectation of what will be proceed during the fabrication process. Dimensions were sent to WWBeds and a little while latter we received drawings of our bed. We tweaked the design a couple of times to match our need with the cabinet configuration.Next thing you know is we been told the bed will be finished prior to the date originally told. We received picture of our furniture fully assembled to be approved it.Received the shipment and took me almost the same amount of time moving the pieces to the room as it took to assemble. The online video that shows each phase of construction was very helpful.After it was completed I am totally happy that we found WWBeds for this beautiful piece of furniture. If we ever need another Murphy bed WWBeds will be the first (and only) place I would go.

I bought the Murphy Bunk Beds. The craftsmanship was stellar and the owners were upfront about schedule and shipping. They communicated well and met all promises and expectations. The installation instructions were excellent.

We recently remodeled our house and needed to make a new office space and still have a guest bedroom. I found WW Beds just by searching for murphy beds online. I could not be happier with the finished product! It's beautiful, stylish, functional, and has a ton of cool features. I especially love the recessed touch lighting and the pull out side tables. Though it will be used mostly as an office, it made our spare bedroom even better with those added extra features. Chris and his team were so responsive and helpful and willing to add any feature we thought would be useful to us. Delivery was fast and efficient and it was packaged carefully as to avoid damage in transit. We invited some friends over and they helped with the installation, which made it faster and easier than expected. Not to mention there are great instructions online and a ton of helpful videos. I really can't say enough about how happy we are with our new murphy bed. It literally created another room in our house that didn't exist before.

They have many videos of their different Murphy beds. After watching them I decided these guys really know what they’re doing. I got some quotes from other local options but wwbeds, despite being across the country, had the best quote. They offered far more customization than other places. Chris was very responsive and had array of thoughtful add-on features that I would never even think to ask. It was during pandemic times that I requested the bed so the wait time for the project was very long, on the order of 6 months. But I am still glad I went with them. The quality is great, they used solid wood and matched my customized stain request after going through several samples. Really appreciate that they listen and allow so much customization.

The people were very nice and helpful once they knew we were there. It's more of a warehouse than a showroom furniture store. The air was either out or not on, so it was a bit toasty. They hadn't answered my online request for a quote so we went to the store. It's a little hard to get to because of the construction and traffic and road direction. But we got our bed ordered and in line for making. They are around 8 weeks out on getting there, but we will wait. Look forward to getting it.
