To be honest the Doctor seemed friendly at first but later he acted as if he was annoyed with me. I believe that he is good at what he does until you question him. He’s not understanding and he definitely listens to respond and not to hear. My issue wasn’t resolved and he constantly kept changing his stories around but glory be to God because I don’t have to go back. As for the vision center up front where you can pick out frames….. it was a pleasant experience and they had a nice variety of frames.

The doctor is great, the girl receptionist is terrible. I stopped going to this clinic because of her. Miss the awesome doctor but just couldn't stand her customer service. She changed that office for the worse. Maybe she will get a clue and learn that she can't treat people rudely. If you can get the guy receptionist your in the clear but do your best to not have to deal with that girl she is awful.

One star is for Rochelle the manager and another is for the fact that she did try to work with me to make sure that I had a pair of glasses that worked. My overall experience was awful. My first attempt to return glasses that they clearly did not get right resulted in the older gentleman telling me my doctor wrote an incorrect prescription and I needed to get my eyes tested again because his markups were correct. Wrong Answer. I had lenses with that same prescription that worked awesome, but my frames were broken. My optometrist is awesome, but very expensive so I thought I could get a price break at this vision center and I did, but boy it will never happen again. The frames and lenses are subpar. Even though the manager worked with me - and this is totally because they don't want to refund you period. But I appreciate her doing it- it's just that their materials are cheap. I guess you get what you pay for is still true. I still have trouble with the lenses and the frames are the worst! It's like they must get all frames that no other dealer will sell. I am very offended that they try to make you keep glasses that do not work-- which most optical places do this because I'm sure it's not cheap to have customers returning lenses, however to suggest that my doctor gave me an incorrect prescription and send me on my way is low. And on top of that, I learned I wasn't even offered the best quality lenses in the very beginning. I purchased two pair- one I paid out of pocket for and both were the same prescription however they both had totally different issues that THEY clearly got wrong. Right now I've had to use a pair of my old glasses that were broken- that I taped together to get by until I can go to my own optometrist. And when I put these glasses on- Can you spell Relief!! This is how glasses that are "marked up" correctly should feel and operate. People save your money and time and pay more for better quality and better service! My eyes deserve that much.

Horrible quality of merchandise. My order was canceled at the lab because THEY did not fill out paperwork correctly. No phone call to inform me. I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for my glasses. When I got them the lense on the right eye were put in halfway. I had them just over a week and was walking through the mall when the weld on the right arm where it connects to the frame randomly broke. They fell off my face in the mall. I called them and they said I would have to buy new frames. No warranty. Descent doctor, horrible merchandise and customer service not recommended at all.

I have used this location for about 3 years. I have had problems in the past with the clerk there but when I went in there this past Saturday I have had enough. I wasnt sure which contact the left or right side I had purchased the time before. So I asked the clerk which side i had purchased last time. Her response to me was" she didnt know what I had at home." Then it just continued from there. She is obnoxious and rude and should note ever b working in the public. My name is Renee Russell.
