If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The pharmacy at this location is absolutely awful. I had been going to the Walgreens on McCain for years before they closed and was transferred to this location. My prescriptions are ALWAYS delayed, out of stock, or not available. When speaking to the staff at this location regarding my concerns I am told that I “obviously don’t understand how pharmacies work and that my prescriptions will be ready when they’re ready” When I’m the pharmacy line, for well over 30 minutes every time, the pharmacy attendants will not answer questions regarding delays and get rude with you consistently. When you call the store you get hung up on repeatedly. It’s terrible.

I am writing this review as I’m sitting in the drive-through for what has been an hour and a half with no cars moving this has happened multiple times the staff are always friendly however, it should not take this long to get my medication. Also when I go inside to get my medication, it still takes around an hour and a half to two hours, the medication says that it is available so it’s already been made but it takes that long just to obtain the medication. Maybe the store needs to get more staff in the pharmacy

Would give zero stars if possible. I never review businesses, but this one is so exceptionally horrible that people need to know to avoid it. You will not find a more rude and hateful business. Every single person is filled with utter hate and disdain for other people. No one smiles. The answer to any and every question is an ignorant and lazy “nope”, “I. O. Know” or “we can’t”. Their doors need to be closed forever.

I'm changing my opinion because my insurance company and doctor wrote a prescription for pain medicine they keep giving me only 7 pills to take for 30 days. They aren't reading the prescription from the doctor right my insurance company did pay for my medication very disappointing in them again ???

There should be an option for no stars. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a company. I have given Walgreens Pharmacy on JFK plenty of times to prove they can do their jobs in an efficient manner and they have completely failed every single time. This last time, the pharmacist was so completely rude and unprofessional, that he sent me into tears. I have never once received a prescription in under TWO DAYS. This even included already bottled eye drops that they had in stock. Please get the right people in there, be courteous and professional and do your jobs.

HORRIBLE LOCATION here now at 11:17pm they don’t close till 12:00 but got doors locked, need some medicine bad and drove like crazy for them to just look at me trying to get in

False advertisement and wouldn't honor the sale price. Had multiple candies that were clearly holiday items but the manager said they didn't quality for the 50% off clearance... it's literally peppermint mocha flavored for Christmas. I wonder how many ppl thought they were buying at 50% off but were actually paying full price. They need to do better.

All of a sudden the pharmacy is no longer open until 10 pm. Now they're closing at 8 pm. It would be nice for them to provide an explanation as to why!!! Wishful thinking apparently! ?? I'm super thankful for this pharmacy location though, but just all of a sudden closing 2 hours early without even telling your customers why is extremely inconvenient & unprofessional. This is extremely upsetting for me. I just wanna know why? Super aggravating! ? Oh, & also some of these people that work in the pharmacy are extremely incompetent!! I am just so thankful for James though!! He deserves a million raises! They're beyond lucky to have him in the pharmacy! He's a true blessing! ???

Wish I had the choice of no stars. My 6 year old tested positive for strep this afternoon. Rushed to the pharmacy that closes at 6pm. Made it there at 5:26pm and was told they wouldn't be able to fill her prescription until the next morning because they are closing at 6pm. They had more than thirty minutes to make her antibiotic.

The worst experience I can't pick up a prescription because they closed too early with no pharmacist on duty I had to drive to another location just for them to shut the drive through after waiting on two other people in front of me and it was after 7!!! I am suing!
