Pharmacy employees are rude. They told my husband they were unloading the truck and the prescription would be processed. When I came to pick it up, they were out of stock. It would’ve been fine if the woman at the window acted like she wanted to be there even a little bit.

They do not take passport photos at this Location because someone stole their camera. They are asking the customers to literally take their own photos with their cell phones. Just for the photos to be rejected by the computer. The manager does not care To fix the problem.

Avoid this place at all cost the Pharmacy workers act like they had an attitude because we need to fill a prescription sorry to burden you with doing your job..... Walgreens has went down lately with the staffing.

Need to hire more staff at all of the stores! Called the Jacksonville, Arkansas store 3 times today and cannot get an answer from the pharmacy! On the hold with the NLR Store now, finally got a answer after a 15 minute wait on hold.

Without a doubt, the worst in every way. Ignored when attempted to pick up the day after script was called in. Happened to be a Friday, and they are closed on the weekend. Called to check several times the following week, told by auto assistant to check back because they were working on it. Finally called for Store Manager on the following Friday, after holding for 15 minutes, was told they were out of the medication and had forgotten to order, so try back on Monday, by a very rude young lady. So now, that's at least 3 more days. If you value your health, go somewhere else.***After boycotting this location for 10 months after the above experience, I called because another location told me they had the Spiriva I needed, was informed they did not. When I asked if they could locate it for me at another Walgreens, was told, “No, have other customers to help.” Unbelievable! Obviously, nothing has changed. Boycott back on.

I was given a prescription with a barcode on it, that just so happen to be OTC. When presenting the prescription: they informed me that I had to come in. When coming in: not 1 member of the pharmacy assisted me & they were all just sitting around doing nothing! & were rude in there facial expressions!Very unprofessional and not customer service like! If youDon’t enjoy your job, get another one or fix ya face for paying customers!

Terrible pharmacy! On hold for over an hour and that was the last straw for me. They sound like they are going to pick up pharmacy phone and don't for a long time, they are also out of certain prescriptions a lot and it's a pain to get the prescription elsewhere. Also most Walgreens, in Arkansas anyway, are closed on the weekend. Go to CVS, they are open 24/7 and never have long lines inside or out. I just hope CVS doesn't go out of business, because I don't want to go back to Walgreens or go anywhere else.

We made an appointment for 3:00 for a PCR test. We completed all of the required paperwork, symptoms, insurance,etc. All of the paperwork was completed at 10:00 am 5 hours before the scheduled appointment. We received confirmation of the appointment at 10:02am. We arrived at the drive-thru lane as instructed at 2:48 pm. We were the 5 th car in line. We finally arrived at the drive in window at 3:18. We provided the confirmation of the appointment to the window attendant. After 15 minutes of waiting we were told to come back into the end of the line ( the pharmacist was unavailable). We went around and were now the 4th car in line. We re-arrived at the window at 3:52 and waited around 5 minutes before anyone talked to us. After much confusion about our insurance coverage (which we have and provided originally). We were told we had to pay, which we did. The overall experience was horrible. There appeared to be a lack of professionalism that one could reasonably expect from any medical facility. There is a CVS across the street, I guess that is my next business stop

Just moved to the area and set this pharmacy as my default to receive my prescriptions, the last 3 months they’ve taken ~10 days to fill them up, once I called the other Walgreens down the road and they filled it up immediately.Here they take forever to help you in the drive through and the same when you call them having to wait in line forever.

I have been to this Walgreens many times. I work around the corner and come here for makeup, toiletries, quick little gifts and the occasional prescription. I haven't had anyone be rude like other reviews but I don't frequent the pharmacy as much. The most recent prescription i picked up was a friendly encounter and helpful. Retail pharmacy has to be one of the worst jobs so I am just glad they still have a pharmacist lol.

This pharmacy used to be good but has become glaringly inefficient. I cannot blame the techs, as they always seem to do their best. But the corporate nature, and the steady stream of different pharmacists who now operate at a glacial pace, and then blame their own procedures for how slow they are, has made this pharmacy an utter mess of inefficency. Years ago when I first started filling Rxs here, they were stocked well with pharmacists and techs that were helpful and savvy, with Rxs often ready before the time allotted. Now, every time I come here, I'm told to come back the next day or there's an issue with a Rx. I've registered with them several times to have texts sent when a Rx is complete, yet it never comes through. And I cannot count how many times there have been customers in front of me with issues that the employees cannot solve, so those customers are sent on their way, without a Rx and without help. Perhaps this place has become a dumping ground for new or bad pharmacists, I don't know, but they need to hire better (and more) staff who can implement procedures that provide better service for the customer. And yes, I'll be switching to a different pharmacy.

Dropped off three prescriptions for refill at 2 pm. Went back after 6 and they hadn’t started working on them yet. Waited 30 minutes (they close at 7) and when they called me up they had only filled ONE of them. I gave up and left. Never will Inuse this Walgreen’s again.

This is THE FIRST Walgreens that has been able to accommodate shipping my fedex package by printing the label from a QR code given to me by Figs (the store I was sending my return to). Ben and Preston knew exactly what I was talking about and got me squared away! Thank y’all for making it easy on me! I’ve gone to numerous other Walgreens and haven’t been able to use this option. They turned me away. FIVE stars for this store that these guys!
