Recently my wife's phone wouldn't respond to people with iPhone after talking to a Verizon technician 4 different times at an hour and a half each time with no results we went to the Verizon store on central where the manager Michael and another employee Sandra went about and beyond to fix the problem. Sandra was awesome as well as Michael stepped in and fixed the problem which was a technical problem with Verizon. If you need to talk to someone those two are the best. Thank you Michael and Sandra for going over the top for the customer!

They don't care about the customer! They have their own policies and procedures. They don't care what Corporate says, they are going to do what they want to do. Go elsewhere if you need support from Verizon. The Little Rock is Store has better Employees, they offer better service.

Today was a great visit to the NLR Verizon store. Tommy is top notch. Super fresh clean and remodeled and friendly staff. The entire staff was working or welcoming walk ins. The speed of service was outstanding. Tommy verified who I was and took care of business, gave me the options and I was in and out in less than 15m. Can't say enough about this visit.

Went to North Little Rock Store because cell screen was cracked and i bought a new one. They couldn't get it in the old one or even try really. They actually sent me across the street to the McCain Mall to the store immediately when walking in, to see if they could plug in my cracked and put in my pass code....it was a TMobile store. Why would you send a Verizon customer TMobile. I ended up going to the Little Rock Store and they handled everything professionally, activated my cell and I bought an iPad from them which they activated in the store.I will never go to this store for anything.

I went to get a new phone yesterday, I felt bad walking in last minute, but the lady who helped me was very kind, polite, quick and was able to get me a great deal. After a bad week, I really appreciated a great interaction and encountered zero problems.

Run to Verizon wireless they are excellent in customer service not only did I have the pleasure of speaking with Krista today she fixed my phone I'm forever grateful not only do they make you feel like family they also make you laugh Krista literally made my day I'm a new Verizon customer and she was very knowledgeable about the phones and service thank you Krista

Bought a watch, phone and i pad at Christmas as a promo.The watch was the wrong one. I had a nightmare trying to return, went to the store twice. They could not do it. Called and talked to Verizon 5 times at almost a hour a call. Finally was able to return then two months later was charged for the full amount of the watch on my bill. 6 phone calls later still trying to get my money back. The ipad was supposed to be a promo for christmas for a $100 still not lined out and it is mid April. The iphone was a free phone but have been billed every bill since. still not fixed there.This is a nightmare!!!!!! Update. Turns out there was not promo.They lied to get a sale on the ipad and i phone

Horrible customer service. They refuse to pick up the phone for hours, even when Verizon corporate calls to get in touch for the customer. Choose a different location; this one doesn't value you or your business :)

Krista helped me out with my iPhone! She is AWESOME! She was very patient and considerate to me. I have been trying to accomplish for days what she did in 20 minutes.

People who didnt seem to know what they were doing providing really bad service....go to other Verizon stores and people know what theyre doing.....Not here ! .....cellphones are complicated.....Maybe Verizon doesnt trains their employees....not their fault ...VERIZON NEEDS TO INVEST IN THEIR EMPLOYESSS AND TRAIN THEM

Hello sir , My name is Jordan Ybarra I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years I am also a war veteran. Today I came in to the store and had my brother with me so I can add them to my account . Jasmine was the woman who came to us and from the start of the conversation she was rude , disrespectful, unbelievably unbecoming argumentative when I asked for a manager and told her I didn't appreciate her attitude she told me how she didn't and kept yelling at me and arguing with me over it. When the manager came out she stood by him I asked him 5 times please make her leave so I can speak to you I have PTSD and anxiety he told her to then she goes well I have it too and this fucker triggered mine. I find that insulting on many levels she kept saying stuff as she walked away ! I am not happy with this and I've never been treated this way for years I want some type compensation. Any reason why this happened I would also like formal investigation, launched her actions so that she could be better educated on how to properly treat customers. I will also be reporting this to corporate and leaving reviews on all levels so that this will not go unnoticed.Thank you for your time

The crew is obviously overworked.I didn't want to spend the entire day in line. May have to just order my next phone online.
